Cast Glass – These heavyweight lights pay homage to an industrial process. A direct contrast to the artisan association of hand-blown glass, the process involves compressing molten glass into a hollow-core mold which is then annealed in a kiln. Rarely used in contemporary design, the process results in an incredibly hard-wearing object.
